This module deals with the topic of FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT. In it we go into depth describing all relevant financial aspects of the organization in transition. Financial ratios, details about stocks or shares and bonds, how to determine the value of an organization, what is the future value of capital and how do we calculate that, how does the interim-manager take into account the contribution of financial experts? - etcetera.

It is an full and complete tale we tell, not the easiest part of this training course, but indeed important to interim-managers...

The topic of this fifth module is INTERVISION and this offers plenty of opportunities to link it to organizational maturity and to the Socratic approach.

In this module we describe how intervision contributes to the realization of organizational goals. We put the intervision structure into perspective, the target groups, its backgrounds and the way one is able to anticipate the intervision outcomes. We make a clear distinction between guided and open intervision and also present the Socratic intervision format - these three being the most frequently used approaches in organizations today...

Module M04: coaching(26 May 2011) - Today, pr1ma provided Laudius University with the fourth module of the Interim-Management training course. It was not easy at all to produce this book, which we found needed to be able to stand out in comparison to the other publications in the field of COACHING - which was the topic it covers.

In this module we dig into the actors involved in coaching during interim-management periods: the coachee, the coach obviously, but included are also the manager to the coachee, the management team and a couple of other stake holders. We also detail ways according to which an interim-manager in fact could or could not take on the role of coach personally. And how a coach is supposed to find a coach for himself (...). Obviously, this module deals with many other topics, also.

This module M03 is the third one in a series of twelve, which will be used in association with the Interim Management-training at Laudius. M03 details many of the countless topics in relation to people management.

The development of the fourth module (on the topic of coaching) has already been started with. In the mean while M01 (interim-management), M02 (organiations) and M03 (people management) will obviously be checked by an expert reader and by a linguist...

This module M02 is the second in a range of in whole twelve modules, which will be used for the training of interim managers. In M02 the focus is on the organization in various perspectives.
